On-Site Support Technician
PC / Apple technician position

Full Time Internship (Co-op) 35 hour work week.
June 1st - December 31st 2023.
Information Technology is seeking to hire Desktop Support technicians to provide technology support to faculty, staff and students. The position is 35 hours per week, schedule to be determined between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.
OK to schedule at least one class during the work day. 2nd class OK after 4:30pm or online. Co-op employment and class schedule must be approved by Career Services office.
Responsibilities: Provides computer hardware, software and printer support to the University. Duties include the installation and maintenance of new computers and printers; troubleshooting and repairing computers and peripherals; and network configuration set-up. Software troubleshooting and configuration of Windows 10, Mac OS, and Office 365.
Qualifications: Knowledge of PC and /or Apple hardware and related peripherals, including printers. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office. Apple experience a plus. Ability to work well with others and follow the job thru to completion. Strong customer service skills required. Must be self-starting, project oriented and organized. Microsoft, A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus.
